Questions

n8n, Make or Zapier: which should I use?
n8n can be self-hosted, which can lower running costs at high volume and keeps data on your own server. Make and Zapier are quicker to start with. I recommend the one that fits your volume, budget and privacy needs.
Is it safe to send my business data to an AI model?
We decide together which data is sent, remove or mask sensitive fields, and I explain the privacy options of each provider before anything is built.
What if the AI makes a mistake?
Important steps get a human approval before they act, and every workflow logs what it did, so mistakes can be caught and fixed.
What can n8n automate for a small business?
Common examples are sending new form enquiries to your CRM and email, replying to or sorting messages with AI, syncing data between tools, producing weekly reports and extracting details from documents. If you do the same task more than a few times a week, it is a candidate.
Is n8n free?
n8n can be self-hosted on your own server, and it also has a paid cloud version. I explain the costs of each for your volume before we choose.
